Natural Disaster: Earthquake Calamity will Galvanize America behind Climate Change and Pope Francis - Posted: November 22, 2015
An earthquake of great magnitude will strike the West Coast of America and reverberate through the Pacific affecting Central and South America including Asia. California will lose human lives in the millions. This unlooked-for calamity, reminiscent of the Great Lisbon Earthquake that occurred on November 1, 1755, will change the momentum of American culture and politics. Protestant America will unite behind the policies of Pope Francis and the Catholic Church in regards to climate change. This change will occur with blinding force.
In response to natural disasters, Bible prophecy indicates that politicians in the United States of America, at the urging of the Protestant churches, will join hands with the policies of the Roman Catholic Church to uplift and promote Sunday observance [Revelation 13:11-18]. The groundwork to accept the policies of the Catholic Church on climate change was laid by Pope Francis on his recent visit to America and the United Nations. A union of church and state will urge Sunday observance, as found in Pope Francis' encyclical Laudato Si', firstly in America and then throughout the world supported by the United Nations [Revelation 17:12-13].
What is needed to start this momentum in force? It is a catastrophic event to hit America.
God is about to shake this earth, literally!
Isaiah 2:20-21 KJV
v.20 In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
v.21 To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
The wealth of the world accumulates into the hands of few. Fair wages are scarce. The working class suffer because equitable wages are "kept back by fraud..." and their "cries... are entered into the ears of the Lord" [James 5:4]. Economies will collapse. Men will throw their money, ("idols of silver, and his idols of gold") into the streets and "ragged rocks" created by the upheaval of the earth.
God will arise and shake this earth by earthquakes and missile attacks because "judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter" [Isaiah 59:14].
Men have turned away from God's righteous law. The wealthy oppress the poor by barely providing income to sustain their lives while lavishly accumulating riches.
Soon lawmakers will oppress men by creating laws to restrict religious liberty. Men will uplift the policies of the Roman Catholic Church and force Sunday observance because of natural calamities.
"Under a false interpretation of events they think that the calamities that fill the land are the result of Sunday-breaking. Thinking to appease the wrath of God, these influential men make laws enforcing Sunday observance." (MS 83, 1902)
The most terrible shaking will come after men pass a Universal Sunday Law enforcing Sunday observance. "Laudato Si", Pope Francis' encyclical on climate change will prepare the way for world-wide observance among all nations. A climate change agreement will not stop the natural calamities. But when the natural calamities come, Pope Francis will gain momentum behind Sunday observance. Protestant ministers in America and throughout the world will unite behind Pope Francis by proclaiming Sunday as a day of rest and worship. Sunday observance is a prominent point made by Pope Francis in his encyclical on climate change.
"The Lord will arise to shake terribly the earth. We shall see troubles on all sides. Thousands of ships will be hurled into the depths of the sea. Navies will go down, and human lives will be sacrificed by millions." (ST 1890, April 21)
"Just as soon as God's people are sealed and prepared for the shaking, it will come. Indeed, it has begun already; the judgments of God are now upon the land, to give us warning, that we may know what is coming." (MS 173, 1902)
For over 150 years, Seventh-day Adventists' students of Bible prophecy have warned about the coming union of church and state in America against God's commandment keeping people who keep all the commandments of God including the fourth commandment to keep holy the Sabbath day.
Now a great terror of cataclysmic proportions is about to strike to hasten this event.
Luke 21:11 KJV
v.11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
Jesus said there would be great earthquakes. One such earthquake will devastate California. Earthquakes will bring food shortage and lead to famine. Disease will spread. Poverty will follow.
Jesus continued saying, "fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven."
As nations of the Old Roman Empire once united with Roman Catholicism to combat the barbarian tribes that threatened their existence - so the nations of the world today unite with the Roman Catholic Church to combat terrorists.
Terrorists will strike the United States. These signs and wonders will soon take place against the cities of America. These 'fearful sights and great signs from heaven' will fall in the form of missile attacks against some of our major cities because of the Sunday Law issue. The ground will shake. Terrorists will strike New York City with missiles (LS 412, 1903; MS 126, 1906). War against terrorism will also unite Americans behind the policies of the Catholic Church. Protestants in America will form and intensify an image to the beast, a union of church and state to force Sunday observance. Loss of freedom and liberty will occur. Americans will accept the need for a "Real ID" card to protect themselves against terrorism. Few will protest against mandatory issuance. The last act in this drama will be fearful sights of a supernatural character from the heavens through the power of miracle-working demons (GC 624.1).
The nations of the world having united with Pope Francis to combat terrorism will then unite to persecute those who refuse to accept the unscriptural teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Two prominent unscriptural teachings of the Catholic Church are Sunday observance and the immortality of the soul. The Catholic Church will once again have the power to persecute anyone who disagrees with her unbiblical teachings [Daniel 11:30-31]. The Catholic Church and Apostate Protestants will wage war against those who "...keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus" [Revelation 14:12]. Those who obey the commandments of God are distinguished by keeping the Sabbath, the Fourth Commandment of God.
Ezekiel 14:13 KJV
v.13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:
When a nation turns from God, God turns from them. America has turned from God by supporting LGBT and same-sex unions. The LGBT movement in America can trace its origin back to San Francisco in California. Los Angeles is known for pornography. America has sinned grievously against God. Therefore, God is about to "break the staff of bread" (the strength of our food supply) and "send famine upon it."
California is "the agricultural powerhouse of the United States." Western Farm News wrote an article dated October 31, 2013, What happens if US loses California food production?
"Our home state leads all of the other states in farm income. It's positioned as the agricultural powerhouse of the United States... California agriculture generates roughly $37.5 billion annually, more than any other state."
"So a loss of California ag production would hit hard consumers' wallets and their diets would become less balanced. This is because our state produces a sizable majority of American fruits, vegetables and nuts..."
"The effect on consumer prices would become attention-grabbing. Rising prices would force Americans to alter their diets. Grains are locked in a complicated price-dependent relationship with fresh fruits, vegetables and meats."1
Loss of California agriculture and other natural disasters will bring famine and distress to America. Buying and selling of food will become a very serious problem. This cataclysmic earthquake to strike California will unite the people of America behind Pope Francis' encyclical on climate change and Sunday observance. America and the world will persecute those who conscientiously choose to obey God rather than men.
On April 18, 1906, San Francisco suffered a devastating earthquake. What is the condition of San Francisco today? What influence has the San Francisco LGBT community had on American law?
"I am bidden to declare the message that cities full of transgression, and sinful in the extreme, will be destroyed by earthquakes, by fire, by flood... Bible history is to be repeated. Calamities will come, calamities most awful, most unexpected [unlooked-for]; and these destructions will follow one after another." (MS 35, 1906 - April 27)
"The wrath of God is preparing to come upon all the cities - not all at once but one after another. And if the terrible punishment in one city does not cause the inhabitants of other cities to be afraid and seek repentance, their time will come. When the Lord ariseth to shake terribly the earth, He will not cease until His work in punishment is done." (MS 233, 1902)
"Bible history is to be repeated."
In Bible history, the Great Lisbon Earthquake occurred on November 1, 1755 as a prophetic sign [Revelation 6:12]. It showed that we are living at the end of time. Bible history will repeat. A cataclysmic earthquake will occur just prior to the close of human probation. This will begin the rapid march to the National Sunday Law in America in defiance of God's Holy Ten Commandments.
The social life in the days of Amos was characterized by immorality, murder, greed, crime and religious formalism. The wealthy oppressed the poor. Society was at ease and "put far away the evil day" Amos 6:3. For this reason, God sent famine of bread, pestilence, war and bloodshed. Read the Book of Amos. These conditions describe our day. Anciently, these conditions existed "two years before the earthquake" Amos 1:1, before probation closed for the tribes of Israel [Amos 9:8-9]. Projecting forward to these last days, there will be a spiritual famine. Probation will close for the world. God will not be found [Amos 8:11-12].
Seventh-day Adventists have had this truth for over a 150 years. Yet sadly, the leadership of the SDA Church has blended with the world rather than maintain their individuality and stand as God's peculiar people. Trade unions, confederacies and gigantic monopolies will continue to wrap SDA medical institutions in the cities into the fold of general apostasy. Unless SDA leaders repent of their backsliding and worldliness, they will lead Seventh-day Adventists to view things nearly in the same light as the world. Both the world and unfaithful Seventh-day Adventists will receive the mark of the beast and the seven last plagues of God.
Dear reader, will you stand behind the Ten Commandments of God including the Sabbath or behind the traditions of the Catholic Church which include Sunday observance?
Your decision will decide your eternal destiny. Obey God or obey men. Time is almost over for this earth. The last shaking movements of the earth are happening. Hear the rumblings of earthquakes and war! We hear the footsteps of an approaching God! Jesus is soon to come!
